Where is the best place to live with a good live music scene? glasgow or bristol?

We live abroad and my husband is a professional musician, we want to move back to the uk (i’m english) we need to live in a place with a good music scene with live bands for my husband to find serious, professional work. Where is best for us? Glasgow or Bristol? thank you for any advice you can give me!

    Glasgow!! B etter mix of different bands in my opinion ^^
    Go on myspace and search bands from those areas.. and you can see for yourself !
