Why doesn’t the music industry promote talented artists and bands?

I mean seriously.. Soulja Boy, Joannas brothers, Myley cirus? What kind of Bulls** is this? They have NO talent whatsoever!!!!!!

Until talent sells again..we will be stuck with such garbage as you have named. Kids…err..ok young people listen to this stuff and have no appreciation of talent. Ok talent is relative..but really now…ANYBODY can do what these bands are doing.
Music companies sell the crap cuz kids eat it up…they have no qualms about what garbage it may be.
Lets train our kids better than they are getting trained and maybe we can save society yet!!!

Funny thing is..my parents probably thought the same thing years..ago… main difference is the immorality of the music now..so much more is so called "acceptable" today…sad.

Because they know that one kid will like it, and then all of them will follow along. that’s all that stuff is…just people following each other. The music industry knows that they can bank on it.
