Until recently, if you wanted to watch a movie, a trip to a video store like blockbuster was your only option. Instead of buying or renting the dvd, people now can choose a movie download instead. Here are some examples of movies you can acquire through a movie download site.

The Doughgirls: This comedy is another story of crowded wartime Washington with newlyweds Carson and Wyman on a chaotic honeymoon. Arden stands out as Russian army officer. Cast includes Ann Sheridan, Alexis Smith, Jane Wyman, Eve Arden, Jack Carson, Charlie Ruggles, Alan Mowbray, Craig Stevens, and Regis Toomey. (102 minutes, 1944)

The Night of the Iguana: Trudging story based on Tennessee Williams play; alcoholic prior clergyman Burton, a bus-journey guide in Mexico, is engaged with Kerr, Gardner, and Lyon. Dorothy Jeakins won an Oscar for her costumes. Cast includes Richard Burton, Deborah Kerr, Ava Gardner, Sue Lyon, Bypass Ward, Grayson Chamber, and Cyril Delevanti. (118 minutes, 1964)

Dick Tracy: Big Boy Caprice and his mob are wreaking havoc on the streets of Chicago. Add to that, a loyal girlfriend, an orphan needing his help, being seduced by the sultry Breathless Mahoney, and a new threat in town know as the Blank, and you can see that Dick Tracy is a very busy man. It will take all his powers to save the city.

Larceny Inc.: Humorous little comedy of ex-cons Robinson, Crawford, and Brophy utilizing a luggage store as a front for their operation. A scoundrel palyed by Quinn tries to horn in. Look for Jackie Gleason in a minute role as a soda jerk. Cast includes Edward G. Robinson, Jane Wyman, Broderick Crawford, Jack Carson, Anthony Quinn, and Edward Brophy. (95 minutes, 1942)

The Day the Earth Caught Fire: Knowledgeable, sponging up sci-fi tirade of steady havoc that follows while atomic eruptions start the world corkscrewing toward the sun. Judd is the journalist who first cracks the tale, with the help of Munro whom he romances. Watch for Michael Caine as a cop prompting visitors! Cast includes Edward Judd, Janet Munro, Leo McKern, Michael Goodwin, and Bernard Braden. (99 minutes, 1961)

I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead: (2004-U.S.British) C-I02 Abrupt death of a youthful want to be hustler brings his brother, a prior local crime boss out of seclusion, looking for justice. Doesn’t inspire and isn’t especially fascinating, and takes its time getting there, to boot. This film is a disheartening reunion for the director and megastar of Croupier. Cast includes Clive Owen, Charlotte Rampling, and Malcolm McDowell. (102 minutes, 2004)

Airplane: Extremely ludicrous spoof of Airport-type with a continuous amount of gags that keeps up almost to the end. Our top choice: the bizarre plight of Lt. Hurwitz. Stay tuned through the very last credits. Cast includes Robert Hays, Julie Hagerty, Robert Pile, Lloyd Bridges, Peter Graves, Kareem Abdul Jabbar, Leslie Nielsen, Loma Patterson, and Stephen Stucker. (100 minutes, 1984)

The Game: Nicolas Van Orton is a very wealthy man who has it all, but is bored stiff. Then, all of a sudden, his world is turned upside down. Nicolas is drawn into an impossible and intriguing situation. His life is turned upside down. This wild adventure he is on, is actually planned, it is a birthday gift from his brother Conrad.

Night At The Museum: When Larry took the job as security guard and the National History Museum he had no idea what he was getting. Armed with a flashlight and an instruction book, he is on his own in the huge building. Amazingly, everything in the museum starts to come to life. From beasts to world leaders, everything is now alive. He has dreamed of being a hero all his life, his moment has now arrived.

Remember, be creative and use phrases like “Movie Rental Download”. Try a new phrase if that one did not work. Try “Buy Movies Online Download” next.
