So i play in a metal band and we want to promote on myspace. i was going to use a friend requester program but i heard that myspace will delete your account if you use it so thats out. myspace music is supposed to be for bands to promote their music but what is the best way to do it without spamming people. any and all advice about getting the word out please.

Make Banners For Your Band,
And Put them In to A Bulletin with Links to Your Profile and Contact Box.
Also Make a Whore 4 Whore Code (w4w)
And Post That On Your Profile so Others can Promote
Ask People To Put You In Their Top Friends.

have friends put up links to your site. if you have your own personal one, put up a few bulletins that promote your band. You should make banners n stuff..or have someone else make them for you. There’s also music groups that allow you to advertise yourself on myspace. If you don’t have any pictures of you guys as a band, you should probably wait until you do so that there’s something to look at before you go on an adding spree. Its easier to make your banners out of too.
