I have a 5th generation ipod 30gb. I have a av cable with the red white and yellow at end. Ive connected it to ipod and put the red white and yellow in the av slot in back of my tv. The videos work but the music doesnt work, but it does when i view slideshows. How do i play music without viewing a photo slideshow.

Go to video settings, than there should be a t v link part, click on it and turn it on, than it will show up on your t v.
