There are three additional tracks dedicated to informing and educating you in the importance of body based meditation and how your body consciousness can be your greatest healer. 80 minutes. Don Kollmar Facilitating Meditation. Music by David Walker who was Aaron Copeland’s Musical Assistant. 1) Introduction 1:12 2) What is Meditation 6:38 3) Prelude to the Light 4:09 4) Inner Light meditation 32:07 5) What is “Attending To” 8:55 6) “Attending To” Self Healing Meditation 26:27 Don Kollmar has been exploring spirituality and wholeness since 1971. He traveled and studied extensively in the beginning of his journey in search of a deeper commune with Spirit/God. As a result of his studies in eastern meditation practices as well as his study of natural healing, Don became more focused on what he experienced as a missing emphasis in most spiritual and healing disciplines. The process of Complete Self Attunement evolved from giving a format for the individual to connect with this missing emphasis. Don has had a private practice in Los Angeles and New York City for 20 years and has led hundreds of intensives, workshops, and trainings throughout the USA for the past 30 years. He has trained 22 other individuals to be Complete Self Attunement facilitators, and they offer this service in California, Florida, New York, and Iowa. Don has dedicated his life to helping others come to live from their wholeness and has learned how to be a very effective guide. Some of the writings of Emerson, Klein, Tolle, and Almas articulate aspects of awareness that Don helps students experience.
