Are there jazz clubs or places to see live jazz bands in Cebu City?
Other than karaoke bars, are there clubs with live music, especially jazz, in or near Cebu City? What are the popular styles of live music?

Do you prefer live (local) bands or DJ music in a night club?

Does a restaurant need a license to have FREE live music?
We are located in GA and we have bands play music every couple of weeks. We don’t charge cover or sell tickets or anything like that. But I have had a company calling my shop telling us we need a license to have live music. Is that right?
